If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it or refund you in full — your choice. Send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery via the contact page and we'll sort it out. No return shipping, no forms, no interrogation.
Changed your mind?
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To start a return, contact us within that window. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we'll refund you within 14 days.
Wrong size or model ordered?
Ordered a case for the wrong phone model? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually change it before production starts. After production begins, the standard return policy applies.
Order never arrived?
If tracking shows your order as lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. See our Shipping & Delivery page for delivery timeframes.
